Requirements

• Strong foundation in law with analytical skills.
• Experience or interest in Labor and Employment Law.
• Proficiency in providing practical legal advice.
• Advanced research skills and effective negotiation abilities.
• Juris Doctor (JD) from an accredited law school.
• Active California bar membership in good standing.
• Prior litigation or courtroom experience preferred.
• Excellent written and oral communication skills.
• Ability to work collaboratively on-site.
• Commitment to ethical practice and client service.
