Duties

• Represent clients in construction defect, bodily injury, and related insurance defense cases

• Draft legal pleadings, motions, and discovery documents

• Participate in hearings, depositions, and negotiations

• Advise clients on case strategy and settlement options

• Maintain timely and accurate client communications and reporting

• Manage caseload independently in a remote setting

Requirements

• Minimum 3 years of relevant litigation experience

• Active license to practice law in Texas (required)

• Strong knowledge of insurance defense litigation, including construction-related claims

• Ability to work independently and meet deadlines in a remote environment

• Strong organizational, research, and communication skills

Education

• Juris Doctor (J.D.) from an accredited U.S. law school

Certifications

• Active Texas Bar license (required)
