Duties

Requirements

• Minimum of three years drafting title opinions and contracts for oil and gas companies.
• Experience in electricity or midstream sectors is a plus.
• Licensed attorney in good standing in Texas.
• Board Certification in Oil, Gas, and Mineral Law is a plus.
• Licensure in New Mexico, Ohio, Oklahoma, or Louisiana is a plus.
• Proficiency in Texas regulatory systems and unit structures.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Team player with high personal and professional ethics.

Education

• Juris Doctor (JD) degree.

Certifications

• Licensed to practice law in Texas.
