Duties

• Draft and negotiate loan documents.
• Conduct due diligence, including title and survey reviews.
• Assist with development, acquisition, disposition, leasing, and workout matters.
• Close real estate finance transactions.

Requirements

• Minimum of three years of experience in real estate lending transactions.
• Lender-side experience preferred.

Education

• Juris Doctor (JD) degree.

Certifications

• Licensed to practice law in Arizona.
