Duties

• Conduct initial investigations.
• Prepare consistent reporting for clients detailing significant case developments.

Requirements

• 3+ years of experience in insurance defense litigation.
• 3+ years of experience in trucking and transportation litigation.
• 3+ years of experience in Pennsylvania litigation.

Education

• Juris Doctor (JD) degree.

Certifications

• Bar admission in Pennsylvania - Required.

Skills
