Duties

• Manage a range of commercial litigation cases.
• Engage in motion practice and courtroom proceedings.
• Conduct depositions and file responsibilities.
• Demonstrate exceptional advocacy and negotiation skills.
• Perform thorough legal research and writing.

Requirements

• Minimum of 2 years of litigation practice experience.
• Active Colorado bar license.
• Strong academic and legal writing credentials.
• Detail-oriented and highly organized.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills.

Education

• Juris Doctor (JD) degree.

Certifications

• Active Colorado bar license.
