Job Overview:
A prominent law firm based in Tulsa, OK is actively seeking a seasoned Supervising Litigation Attorney to lead its immigration litigation division. This pivotal role entails managing a team of attorneys, guiding case strategy, and ensuring excellence in representation before immigration courts. The ideal candidate will bring demonstrated litigation experience and a talent for mentoring legal professionals in a high-energy, mission-aligned setting.

Duties:

• Lead and manage a team of litigation attorneys with a focus on performance consistency and team development

• Oversee case strategies and provide legal guidance in complex immigration litigation matters

• Represent clients in immigration court proceedings, including Master Calendar Hearings and Individual Hearings

• Review legal work products and offer strategic feedback to ensure high-quality case outcomes

• Mentor and train junior attorneys and legal staff to strengthen litigation capabilities and courtroom preparedness

• Collaborate with firm leadership to shape internal policies, develop legal training programs, and set team goals

• Uphold rigorous legal standards, ensure procedural compliance, and maintain a client-first service ethic across the litigation team

Requirements:

• Minimum 2 years of litigation experience, ideally in immigration or removal defense

• Prior supervisory or leadership role in a legal setting preferred

• Deep understanding of courtroom procedure and case management

• Proven ability to guide and inspire legal teams in a fast-paced practice area

• Strong organizational and time-management skills with attention to legal accuracy

• Excellent written and verbal advocacy and communication skills

Education:

• Juris Doctor (JD) degree from a U.S.-accredited law school

Certifications:

• Active license to practice law and in good standing with any U.S. State Bar
