Duties:
- Represent clients in civil litigation cases, including pre-trial, trial, and post-trial matters
- Draft and review legal documents such as motions, pleadings, discovery, and settlement agreements
- Conduct legal research to support case strategy and argumentation
- Develop and maintain client relationships, providing expert legal advice and counsel
- Negotiate settlements and manage case resolutions
- Collaborate with other attorneys and support staff to achieve favorable outcomes for clients

Requirements:
- Minimum 7 years of experience in civil litigation
- Active license to practice law in Oklahoma

Education:
