Duties

• Draft and negotiate commercial contracts related to product development, licensing, and supply chain.
• Advise clients on product commercialization, including IP protection and regulatory compliance.
• Collaborate with experienced lawyers and contribute to the firm's culture.

Requirements

• One to four years of transactional experience in IP and technology.
• Experience with commercial contracts involving technology and IP.
• Strong academic credentials and excellent communication skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

Education

• Juris Doctor (JD) from an accredited law school.

Certifications

• Admission to the bar in the relevant jurisdiction.

Skills

• Strong interest in technology and IP.
• Experience in IP prosecution or litigation is a plus.
• Law Review, Moot Court, or journal experience preferred.
