A well-established family law firm is seeking a skilled and compassionate Associate Attorney to join its Colorado Springs office. Location:

• Colorado Springs, CO

Duties:

• Manage a full caseload of family law matters from consultation to resolution

• Conduct client interviews and develop case strategies tailored to individual needs

• Represent clients in court, mediations, and settlement negotiations

• Draft and file pleadings, motions, agreements, and parenting plans

• Conduct legal research and review financial and case documents

• Collaborate with experts, witnesses, and opposing counsel to advance cases

• Lead and mentor support staff including paralegals and legal assistants

• Conduct regular case reviews and ensure deadlines are met

• Maintain consistent and empathetic communication with clients

• Uphold firm values of professionalism, empathy, and high performance

Requirements:

• Minimum of 3 years of litigation experience, with a preference for family law background

• Ability to manage complex, emotionally sensitive cases with professionalism

• Comfortable with in-person court appearances and occasional travel within Colorado

• Strong organizational skills with ability to manage multiple priorities

Education:

• Juris Doctor (J.D.) from an accredited law school

Certifications:

• Active license to practice law in Colorado (required)
