Location

Duties

• Represent clients in family law matters including divorce, custody, and support

• Conduct client consultations (in-person and virtual)

• Draft motions, pleadings, and legal memoranda

• Negotiate settlements with opposing counsel

• Attend and advocate at mediations, hearings, and trials

• Perform legal research and manage case deadlines

• Collaborate with assigned legal team members for case management

• Maintain regular communication with clients

Requirements

• Admitted to practice law in Colorado and in good standing

• Prior courtroom and litigation experience strongly preferred

• Ability to manage a full caseload with support from paralegals and fellow attorneys

• Commitment to professional integrity and strong client service

• Strong team orientation and communication skills

Education

• Juris Doctor (J.D.) from an accredited law school

Certifications

• Active Colorado Bar license (Required)
