Duties

• Handle family law cases, including divorce, child custody, spousal and child support, and other related legal matters.
• Draft legal documents such as pleadings, motions, and settlement agreements.
• Represent clients in court appearances, depositions, and mediations.
• Conduct legal research and provide strategic guidance to clients.
• Engage in direct client communication, offering compassionate and effective legal counsel.
• Collaborate with legal teams to develop case strategies and ensure successful outcomes.
• Maintain compliance with all legal and ethical standards.

Requirements

• 0-3 years of experience in family law is preferred; candidates with litigation experience and a strong interest in family law will also be considered.
• Active license to practice law in Colorado.
• Strong legal writing, research, and oral advocacy skills.
• Ability to manage multiple cases and deadlines in a fast-paced setting.
• Excellent interpersonal skills with a client-centered approach.

Education

• Juris Doctor (J.D.) from an accredited law school.

Certifications

• Admission to the Colorado State Bar (Active & in Good Standing).

Job Location

• Remote work is available; however, residency in Colorado is required for attending court hearings and client meetings as needed.
