A law firm seeks a talented litigation attorney to join its Workers' Compensation Subrogation Practice Group in Conshohocken, PA. This remote position offers a dynamic and engaging work environment, focusing on managing a diverse portfolio of subrogation claims.

Duties

• Oversee a substantial portfolio of workers' compensation subrogation claims.
• Conduct comprehensive intake, fact development, and technical loss investigations.
• Lead expert retention and collaborate with specialists to build strong evidentiary foundations.
• Draft pleadings, manage discovery, prepare and argue motions, and guide cases through mediation and trial.
• Identify recovery opportunities and develop strategic paths to maximize client outcomes.
• Serve as a primary point of contact for clients, maintaining clear and proactive communication.

Requirements

• A valid Pennsylvania Bar license is required; admission into other jurisdictions is a plus.
• Experience in subrogation, plaintiff products liability, or plaintiff personal injury is highly desirable.
• 3-5 years of litigation experience with the ability to manage a varied caseload.
• Experience in taking or defending a minimum of 20 depositions and attending at least 5 mediations as the primary attorney.
• Participation in 5 or more trials, including presenting openings, closings, and conducting examinations of witnesses.

Education

• Juris Doctor (JD) from an accredited law school.

Certifications

• Admission to the Pennsylvania Bar.
