A law firm seeks a Litigation Attorney to join its Workers' Compensation Subrogation Practice Group in Conshohocken, PA. This remote role involves managing complex subrogation matters within a supportive national practice.

Duties

• Oversee a portfolio of workers' compensation subrogation claims.
• Conduct intake, fact development, and technical loss investigations.
• Lead expert retention and collaborate with specialists.
• Draft pleadings, manage discovery, and prepare for mediation and trial.
• Identify recovery opportunities and develop strategic paths.
• Serve as the primary point of contact for clients.

Requirements

• 3-5 years of litigation experience managing varied caseloads.
• Minimum of 20 depositions and 5 mediations.
• Pennsylvania Bar admission; additional jurisdictions are valuable.
• Experience in subrogation, plaintiff products liability, or personal injury.
• Proficiency in using LLM platforms for legal document preparation.

Education

• Juris Doctor (JD) degree.

Certifications

• Admission to the Pennsylvania Bar.
