DEI Data and Compliance Analyst
The candidate will defines DEI data needs and evaluates data quality for applicability to posed problems. Uses statistical modeling, data visualization, machine learning and numerical optimization to discover and leverage patterns in data. Develops and manages DEI dashboards that help inform hiring, promotion, onboarding and integration practices and interventions. Creates features and develops models beyond standard toolset libraries to meet unique business challenges. Interprets and communicates finds and insights from the data to practice group leaders, executive leadership and strategic planning committees. Collaborates with IT and Accounting to develop cohesive protocols for client data requests. Identifies issues and provides suggestions to day-to-day problems; prioritizes and effectively completes daily tasks. Communicates in a clear, concise and organized manner; prevents miscommunication by clarifying difficult concepts and ensures understanding by others; knows the appropriate amount of information to share with various parties; ensures regular and consistent information is shared; understands the appropriate level of confidentiality. Gives positive and constructive feedback to peers; trains new employees; finds solutions to a problem; works autonomously; is motivated to anticipate future business needs. Identifies training needs and opportunities for self, team and firm; promotes changes and acts as a change agent. Actively participates in the team and can provide feedback and solutions; listens and responds constructively to others' concerns. Consistently demonstrates the Firm's values and offers constructive feedback to team members regarding the values; strives to learn more and participate in diversity and inclusion efforts; demonstrates respect by understanding and providing support. Bachelor’s Degree or 3-5 years’ experience. Bachelor’s Degree in Data Science, Statistics, Data Analytics, Mathematics. Must have 5+ years of professional experience in a field related to compliance, data analysis, predictive analytics, data visualization and data reporting. Preferably have 5+ years of professional experience in analysis of organization DEI/demographic/internal census data; 3-5+ years of demonstrable experience with predictive analytics, data visualization, data analysis and data reporting. Experience with Mansfield certification compliance is a plus.
