• Conduct written and deposition discovery to build strong cases.
• Communicate effectively with clients, providing updates and guidance.
• Perform thorough legal research to support case strategy.
• Collaborate with the Class Action Department to achieve favorable outcomes.

Requirements

• At least 6 months of experience in employment law class action litigation.
• Strong knowledge of the California Labor Code.
• Exceptional problem-solving abilities and communication skills.
• Active member in good standing with the California State Bar.

Education

• Juris Doctor degree required.

Certifications

• California State Bar membership.
