Duties: The candidate will plan, evaluate, and maintain technical production surveillance over and integration of diverse, complex Government production operations, either in contractor or Government-operated plants. Will design and develop surveillance systems. Determine adequacy of production management, production resources, production engineering, and manufacturing planning. Prepare production status reports describing delivery status and forecast, schedule problems or delinquencies, and schedule recovery actions. Assess progress in production planning, procurement, manufacturing and deliveries.
