Duties

• Represent companies and underwriters in public securities offerings, including IPOs and equity transactions.
• Advise public companies on corporate governance and SEC compliance.
• Manage client relationships and address the needs of sophisticated clients.

Requirements

• Three to five years of experience in capital markets and public securities.
• Experience in a national or international law firm.
• High level of academic achievement from a nationally recognized law school.

Education

• Juris Doctor from a nationally recognized law school.

Certifications

• Bar admission in the state of California.

Skills

• Strong analytical and communication skills.
• Ability to manage multiple client relationships effectively.
