Requirements

• Proven success in advocating for plaintiffs and defendants.
• Active membership with the American Bar Association.
• 5+ years of California family law experience, including high-asset and contested custody cases.
• Demonstrated litigation experience with contested hearings and strong motion practice.
• Strong legal writing skills, including declarations and narrative building.
• High emotional intelligence and professionalism under pressure.
• Organized and accountable in a remote environment.

Education

• Bachelor's degree with a legal background.
• J.D. degree required.

Certifications

• Active California Bar license in good standing.
