Duties

• Draft and review pleadings, memos, briefs, and other legal documents.
• Appear at hearings and trials in state and federal courts.
• Take and defend depositions.
• Conduct complex legal research and analysis.
• Collaborate in case strategy discussions.
• Communicate and work with local counsel.
• Review and redline contracts.
• Draft and review transactional documents.
• Manage day-to-day case activities and maintain client files.

Requirements

• Bar membership in IL, DE, MD, DC, or VA preferred.
• Minimum of two years of litigation experience.
• Juris Doctor (J.D.) from an accredited law school.
• Proficiency in legal writing and courtroom procedures.
• Familiarity with state and federal court practices.

Education

• Juris Doctor (J.D.) from an accredited law school.

Certifications

• Bar membership in relevant jurisdictions preferred.
