Duties:

• Represent clients in court, appearing in hearings and trials as required.
• Collaborate with senior attorneys on high-stakes litigation, ensuring strategic goals are met.
• Manage all aspects of case preparation and execution, working closely with internal teams and clients.
• Provide mentorship to junior associates and legal staff as necessary.

Requirements:

• Minimum of 5 years of experience in litigation.
• Proven track record in handling complex, high-profile cases, particularly in federal court.
• Strong oral and written communication skills.
• Ability to handle a high volume of work and manage multiple cases simultaneously.
• Demonstrated ability to think critically and analytically under pressure.
• Must be licensed to practice law in Kentucky.

Education:

• J.D. from an accredited law school.
