• Draft precise and clear legal documents and correspondence.

• Represent clients in matrimonial and family law matters.

• Handle complex financial matters in divorce proceedings.

• Attend court appearances, depositions, and negotiations.

• Collaborate with clients and colleagues to strategize litigation cases.

• Maintain organized case files and provide administrative support as needed.

Requirements:

• 1-5 years of experience in matrimonial law or strong litigation experience.

• Experience handling complex financial matters is a plus.

• Superb writing and analytical skills.

• Ability to manage multiple cases in a fast-paced environment.

Education:

• Juris Doctor (J.D.) degree from an accredited law school.

Certifications:

• Licensed to practice law in the state of New York.
