Duties: Accountability for the strategic oversight of assigned supplemental benefits, including identification of needed improvements, alternative vendors, and significant changes to suite of offerings in order to continue to drive membership growth and plan performance. Development of programs, accountable for knowledge of all CMS regulatory requirements for benefit development, market landscape analysis, lead consumer concept testing and act as the primary lead on all strategic aspects for assigned benefits and programs. Support both individuals, including DSNPs, and employer group waiver plans. Build positive working relationships with the external vendors supporting these benefits and evaluating potential future vendor partners, including developing of RFPs.
