A respected law firm is looking for a full-time Associate Litigation Attorney to join their Litigation practice. This role is ideal for a driven attorney with experience in litigation, offering an opportunity to work on challenging legal matters in both state and federal courts.

Location

Duties

• Draft and file pleadings for cases in state and federal courts.
• Manage discovery processes, including document review, depositions, and interrogatories.
• Conduct legal research and prepare legal memoranda, briefs, and motions.
• Represent clients in court proceedings and at depositions.
• Collaborate with senior attorneys on case strategy and litigation planning.

Requirements

• Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in litigation.
• Proven experience in drafting pleadings and handling discovery matters in state and federal courts.
• Strong academic or professional credentials demonstrating a commitment to excellence.
• Excellent attention to detail and a strong work ethic.

Education

• Juris Doctor (JD) degree from an accredited law school.

Certifications

• Active Oregon State Bar membership.
• Washington State Bar membership is a plus.
