Job Overview

A law firm seeks a Traditional Labor Associate in Portland, Oregon. The ideal candidate will have 2-5 years of experience in traditional labor, including collective bargaining and contract administration. Experience with grievance arbitration and defending or prosecuting unfair labor practice charges before the National Labor Relations Board is preferred. Candidates with some employment litigation experience will also be considered.

Duties

Requirements

• 2-5 years of traditional labor experience.
• Experience with collective bargaining and contract administration.
• Experience with grievance arbitration preferred.
• Admission to the Oregon Bar.

Education

• JD from an ABA-accredited law school.

Certifications

• Admission to the Oregon Bar.
