A law firm in Los Angeles, CA, is seeking a dedicated Professional Liability Attorney with 1-6 years of experience to join their team. The ideal candidate will handle cases involving professional liability claims and provide expert legal counsel to clients.

Duties:

• Represent clients in professional liability cases, including malpractice and errors and omissions claims.
• Conduct thorough legal research and draft legal documents, such as pleadings, motions, and briefs.
• Advise clients on risk management and professional liability issues.
• Prepare and present cases in court, mediation, and arbitration.
• Collaborate with other attorneys and support staff on case strategy and management.
• Conduct depositions and participate in discovery processes.

Requirements:

• Juris Doctor (J.D.) degree from an accredited law school.
• Admission to the California State Bar (or ability to become admitted promptly).
• 1-6 years of experience in professional liability law or related legal field.
• Strong analytical, research, and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

Certifications (preferred but not required):

• Certification in Professional Liability Law or related field.
