A law firm seeks a Senior Associate Attorney in Kenton, OH, to join a collaborative team and cultivate a diverse practice. This role involves managing matters across multiple areas of law, working closely with clients, and contributing to business development in a regional setting.

Duties

• Handle a broad caseload encompassing domestic relations, landlord/tenant, business transactions, and criminal matters.

• Represent clients in personal injury, real estate, collections, and probate proceedings.

• Develop client relationships and identify opportunities for practice growth.

• Coordinate case strategy from intake through resolution, including courtroom appearances.

Requirements

• 3–10 years of substantive experience in litigation and transactional matters.

• Entrepreneurial mindset with a drive to develop a personal practice within a team environment.

• Willingness to reside in or relocate to the assigned county or a contiguous county.

• Strong organizational and time-management abilities.

Education

• Juris Doctor from an ABA-accredited law school

Certifications

• Admission to the Ohio Bar in good standing
