Duties

Requirements

• Experience in real estate law, particularly in transactions and financing.
• Operational and financial aptitude preferred.
• Experience with syndications and economic development tax incentives is a plus.
• Management experience is advantageous.

Education

• J.D. degree required.

Certifications

• License to practice law required; dual licensure in Kansas and Missouri preferred.
