Requirements

• Four to six years of experience in executive compensation.
• Proficiency in Sections 409A, 280G, 83, and 421-424 of the U.S. tax code.
• Strong understanding of securities laws governing employee incentives.
• Superior academic credentials.
• Excellent oral, written, and interpersonal skills.
• Admission in the jurisdiction of application.

Education

• Juris Doctor (JD) degree.

Certifications

• Bar admission in the relevant jurisdiction.
