Duties

• Represent investors in corporate governance litigation.
• Work towards achieving governance reforms at public companies.
• Engage in complex stockholder or commercial litigation.
• Address issues such as self-dealing and executive compensation.
• Challenge unfair deals and workplace discrimination.

Requirements

• Admitted to the New York and/or Delaware Bar.
• Experience in prosecuting or defending complex litigation.
• Knowledge of Delaware corporate law and breach of fiduciary duty litigation.
• Strong financial literacy.
• Entrepreneurial mindset and proactive approach.
• Desire to represent investors rather than corporations.
• Excellent time management and communication skills.

Education

• Juris Doctor (JD) required; 2018-2022 graduates preferred.

Certifications

• Bar admission in New York and/or Delaware.
