The Associate Attorney will be an integral part of the firm's litigation team, contributing to all aspects of cases, from investigation to trial presentation. The position requires excellent research and writing skills, with a preference for experience in insurance defense litigation and general familiarity with carrier billing and reporting guidelines. The candidate must be licensed in California, and experience in taking depositions is a plus.
