Duties

• Advise on equity plans and executive employment agreements.
• Support Corporate and Tax groups on complex transactions.
• Engage in M&A, carve-outs, IPOs, and other transactions.
• Collaborate with partners across multiple offices.
• Take ownership of workstreams and high-value matters.

Requirements

• 2-7 years of relevant experience, ideally in a large law firm.
• Strong academic background.
• Interest in a collaborative, national practice.

Education

• Juris Doctor (JD) degree required.

Certifications

• Bar admission in the state of Texas.
