Duties

• Manage all aspects of defense litigation from answer to jury verdict under partner supervision.
• Draft pleadings, motions, and other court-related documents.
• Report effectively and professionally to clients.
• Coordinate with clients to send and respond to discovery.
• Conduct legal research on insurance defense litigation issues.
• Prepare for and attend depositions, hearings, site inspections, and mediations.
• Participate actively in litigation management.

Requirements

• Admitted and in good standing in Texas.
• 4-6 years of insurance defense experience.

Education

• Juris Doctor (JD) degree.

Certifications

• Licensed to practice law in Texas.

Skills
