Duties

• Manage multiple aspects of complex transactions, including structuring and due diligence.
• Draft and negotiate purchase and investment agreements.
• Coordinate deal execution and manage joint ventures and minority investments.

Requirements

• Minimum of five years of corporate experience at a top-tier law firm.
• Experience representing private equity sponsors.
• Strong negotiating and drafting skills.
• Excellent analytical and writing abilities.
• Practical, business-oriented approach to problem-solving.

Education

• Juris Doctor degree from an ABA-accredited law school.

Certifications

• Admission to the Florida or New York Bar, or willingness to sit for the next available examination.
