A law firm seeks a highly motivated and experienced Workers' Compensation Associate Attorney to join their team remotely in Fresno, California. The candidate must be California State Barred and reside in Northern California. This role involves managing a docket of cases and providing top-tier legal representation to clients.

Duties

• Manage a docket of cases to resolution.
• Prepare clients for depositions and attend depositions.
• Handle invoicing for depositions.
• Respond to client inquiries and move matters towards resolution.
• Provide direction and guidance to non-attorneys as needed.
• Participate in team events and provide feedback to management.

Requirements

• 3+ years of workers' compensation experience required.
• Comfortable with fast-paced work environments.
• Doctors' deposition experience preferred.
• Excellent writing and verbal communication skills.
• Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Must be in good standing with the California State Bar.

Education

• Juris Doctor degree required.

Certifications

• California State Bar membership required.

Skills

• Strong negotiation and resolution skills.
• Ability to lead and mentor non-attorney staff.
• Proficiency in managing legal documentation and correspondence.
