The Candidate will be responsible to utilize existing files and a variety of other research resources to develop information for pending cases. Compiling information and, preparing summaries, including statistics, charts, graphs etc. to detail the findings. Create reports for attorneys based on case specifications and attorney requests. Coordinating the collection, review and production of documents and responding to discovery requests. Assisting with trial preparation including the assembly of exhibits, witness binders and appendices for depositions and court filings. Work with attorneys to develop legal arguments, motions and other case filings.
