A law firm seeks a Cash Flow Finance Attorney to join its Corporate Department in Boston, MA. The ideal candidate will have significant experience in cash flow-based lending and will represent lender-side clients in sophisticated debt finance transactions across various industries. This role offers the opportunity to work on senior secured and mezzanine financings, with a focus on acquisition and sports financings.

Duties

• Represent financial institutions and private credit lenders in complex cash flow financing transactions.
• Engage in acquisition financings, senior secured and mezzanine debt structures, and sports financings.
• Manage all aspects of transactional workstreams, including structuring, negotiating, and overseeing closings.
• Collaborate with partners and clients in a high-performing practice.

Requirements

• Experience in transactional debt finance matters, particularly cash flow and acquisition financings.
• Experience in sports finance is a plus but not required.
• Excellent academic credentials and strong analytical, drafting, and negotiation skills.
• Large firm or elite boutique experience preferred.

Education

• Juris Doctor (JD) degree from an accredited law school.

Certifications

• Admitted to practice law in the United States.
