Duties

• Assist clients with a variety of family immigration matters.
• Advise on religious and moral waivers for vaccination requirements.
• Collaborate with a team of experienced attorneys.

Requirements

• Minimum of three years of experience in family-based immigration law.
• Experience with I-601 religious/moral waivers preferred.
• Employment-based immigration experience is a plus.

Education

• Juris Doctor (JD) degree from an accredited law school.

Certifications

• Licensed to practice law in at least one U.S. jurisdiction.
