Job Title: Litigation Attorney (Hybrid - Woburn, MA)

Job Overview:
A well-established law firm is seeking mid-level and senior attorneys to join their litigation practice, specializing in General Liability and Medical Liability. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in handling complex litigation matters, with the ability to manage cases efficiently. This is a hybrid position located in Woburn, MA, offering flexibility for remote work.

Duties:

• Represent clients in litigation involving General Liability and Medical Liability matters.

• Manage caseloads, from pre-trial to post-trial proceedings.

• Prepare legal documents including pleadings, motions, and briefs.

• Conduct legal research and analysis.

• Advise clients on legal strategies and case developments.

• Participate in settlement negotiations and alternative dispute resolution.

• Work collaboratively with other attorneys and legal staff to ensure case progress.

• Maintain client relationships and effectively communicate case updates.

Requirements:

• Minimum of 7 years of litigation experience, preferably in General Liability or Medical Liability.

• Strong background in complex legal matters and courtroom proceedings.

• Ability to independently manage cases and client relationships.

• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

• Strong problem-solving and negotiation abilities.

• Professional demeanor with a focus on client service.

• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment.

Education:

• Juris Doctor (JD) degree from an accredited law school.

Certifications:

• Active Bar membership in Massachusetts.
