Legal IT Help Desk Support Tech
The candidate will provide a first-tier response to Help Desk requests, provide hardware support for desktops, laptops, printers, and iPhones. Install and support firm software and applications, set up A/V and Zoom for meetings, and assist the IT Department with projects and rollouts as well as with inventory and documentation. Should have 2+ years of IT help desk experience. Law firm experience is a plus. Advanced skills in MS Office 2016/Office 365, iManage Work 10 (or any document management system), Adobe Acrobat/Creative Cloud, Workshare, Litera. Should have experience in basic hardware maintenance – swapping hard drives, memory, etc. and updating BIOS, provisioning Windows 10. Skills in Active Directory/Azure, Exchange Online and ActiveSync, Mimecast, and Duo are preferred. Skills in word processing, document formatting/trouble docs, calendaring, training are essential. Should be friendly, customer service-minded, and able to stay calm and flexible in high-pressure situations.
