Duties:

• Manage and handle complex commercial and business litigation matters from inception to resolution.

• Draft and respond to demand letters.

• Handle motion practice, including drafting motions and responses.

• Conduct legal research and provide sound legal advice.

• Engage in client communications, ensuring clear and effective management.

• Conduct discovery, including document review and depositions.

• Attend court hearings, arbitration, mediation, and trial proceedings.

• Prepare detailed trial documents and presentations.

• Provide strategic support to senior attorneys in trial preparation.

Requirements:

• 2-5 years of litigation experience, with a focus on business, commercial, corporate, or employment law.

• Strong knowledge of state and federal court rules and procedures.

• Experience drafting pleadings, motions, discovery requests, and other legal documents with precision.

• Ability to conduct thorough document reviews and perform due diligence in complex cases.

• Experience with client meetings, depositions, and preparing compelling briefs.

• Strong writing, research, and advocacy skills.

• Ability to handle a significant caseload with exceptional organizational skills.

• Admission to the California Bar and in good standing.

Education:

• Juris Doctor (JD) degree from an accredited law school.

Certifications:

• Active membership in the California State Bar.

Skills:
