Patent Associate - Biotech
The candidate should have a Ph.D. in biochemistry, molecular biology or immunology. Must have 2+ years of prior patent prosecution experience, preferably patent prosecution experience gained after graduation from law school. Experience in preparing and prosecuting patent applications in the areas of molecular biology, immunology, immunooncology, genetics, and agricultural biotechnology would be particularly useful. Strong academic credentials, excellent verbal and written communication skills are required.
