Duties

• Lead and manage complex catastrophic injury and wrongful death cases from inception through trial.
• Develop and execute trial strategy, including case theory and discovery plans.
• Take and defend depositions of parties, witnesses, and experts.
• Draft, argue, and oversee dispositive and evidentiary motions.
• Serve as lead trial attorney, handling jury selection and trial presentations.
• Lead mediations, arbitrations, and settlement negotiations.
• Collaborate with junior attorneys and support staff to drive cases forward.
• Maintain strong client relationships and provide clear litigation guidance.

Requirements

• 7+ years of plaintiff-side personal injury litigation experience.
• Proven success in handling complex, high-value cases.
• Exceptional legal writing, oral advocacy, and trial presentation skills.
• Strong leadership presence with mentoring ability.
• Highly organized, strategic, and results-driven.

Education

• J.D. from an accredited law school.

Certifications

• Active California Bar membership.

Skills
