Duties

• Represent insurers and reinsurers in complex liability and coverage matters.
• Conduct trial preparation and manage courtroom responsibilities.
• Engage in motion practice and deposition activities.
• Utilize e-discovery software effectively.

Requirements

• 7+ years of practice experience in insurance coverage, medical malpractice, or mass torts.
• Licensed to practice law in the state of residence.
• Strong academic credentials.

Education

• Juris Doctor (JD) degree from an accredited law school.

Certifications

• State Bar admission in the state of residence.
