Technology Specialist Or Patent Agent
The candidate should have strong academic credentials and at least a Bachelor’s degree in Physics, Electrical Engineering, or Mechanical Engineering. Applicants with a graduate degree in engineering or a hard science and academic or professional experience with optical systems are preferred. The position will involve all aspects of patent prosecution, including original patent application drafting and analysis. The position will also include supporting members of group with respect to patent counseling, such as technical analysis related to freedom-to-operate, invalidity, and non-infringement investigations.
