The candidate will be drafting pleadings, motions and memoranda of law; drafting discovery requests and responses; taking and defending depositions; conducting site inspections; conferring with clients; and attending hearings. Should preferably have prior experience in automobile bodily injury, uninsured motorist and premises liability.
