Duties

• Conduct legal research and draft motions.

• Assist in trial preparation and proceedings.
• Engage in substantial client contact and marketing activities.

Requirements

• Minimum of 2 years of relevant litigation experience.
• Excellent academic qualifications.
• Good standing with the Florida Bar.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Word and Microsoft Office.
• Experience with timekeeping practices.

Education

• Juris Doctor (JD) degree.

Certifications

• Licensed to practice law in Florida.

Skills

• Strong communication skills.
• Familiarity with Aderant/Client Profiles is a plus.
