Trusts and Estates Attorney

Profile

We are currently seeking a Trusts and Estates Attorney to work in our Estate Planning and Probate practice group. The ideal candidate should have a minimum of 5 years of experience working on matters in the areas of estate tax and estate planning for high net worth individuals and their families. Candidate should have a broad knowledge of income, gift, estate, and generation-skipping tax planning in addition to experience with tax and other planning for owners of closely held businesses and members of their families. LLM is preferred but not required.
Must be admitted in Ohio. Candidate should possess solid writing, communication and research skills. This position requires a strong work ethic and the ability to work independently and in a team environment.
