Associate Immigration Attorney Position
Represent clients in employment-based immigration cases including EB1A, EB1B, NIW, EB2, and EB3 PERM labor certification. Represent clients in business-related immigration matters including EB5 immigration cases, EB5 regional center designation applications, and EB1C. Represent clients regarding work visa applications including H1B, L1, O1, and E2. Draft petition letters and prepare documentation for case filing. Draft responses to USCIS Requests for Evidence, Motions to Reopen/Reconsider, and other responsive legal documents. Communicate and work effectively with clients, other attorneys, and law clerks to prepare cases for filing. Counsel clients on appropriate courses of action regarding employment-based and business-related immigration matters. Perform legal research on specific immigration issues affecting current and prospective clients in order to more effectively advise. Perform research on current topics in immigration law, changes to immigration laws, and proposed.
Should have a JD degree from the U.S. accredited law school; State bar admission with current State bar license; excellent research and writing ability; knowledge and understanding of Chinese culture and business practices; Highly motivated and organized with a teamwork spirit.
