Duties

• Conduct case investigations and manage discovery processes.
• Take and defend depositions in complex cases.
• Review documents and draft legal motions.
• Prepare cases for trial and serve as second or third chair during trials.
• Build and maintain strong client relationships through empathetic communication.

Requirements

• J.D. from an ABA-accredited institution and admission to the Missouri bar, or eligibility for reciprocity.
• Strong academic record and excellent legal research and writing skills.
• Willingness to travel 30-40% of the time for client meetings and case-related activities.
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
• Commitment to plaintiff work and strong organizational skills.

Education

• J.D. from an ABA-accredited institution.

Certifications

• Admission to the Missouri bar or eligibility for reciprocity.
